2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
